App not Loading

I am unable to open the app on iPhone X. I enter my login info, then it loads the next few screens but gets stuck at “ Customizing your experience”. I am using the latest version of the app 2.0.3. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone without success. This has been ongoing for about a week. I am able to log on to the go365.com website. 

Any other suggestions?
