My Go365 will not pull info from S Health. Both apps are set to allow each other. Go365 has not updated steps since April 2nd.

I deleted Go365, restarted phone, reinstalled and reconnected to SHealth.
After reinstalling Go365 it is still not working. I also uninstalled and reinstalled SHealth. Neither one resolved the issue.
Is there a common problem syncing with SHealth? Should I switch to Garmin?
