Still not syncing apple health. Nothing since 4/23 and I can’t get answers from go365!

Hi Travis! I am sorry for the concern with your Daily Workouts. When you uninstalled and reinstalled the Go365 Mobile app, did it make you reconnect Apple Health or was Apple Health already showing connected? When you reconnected Apple Health, did you allow all data to be shared? Did you recently get a new phone or is there an IOS update available?
I apologize if these questions have already been asked. Unfortunately, since the data with Apple Health is stored on your phone and not on a server, the only troubleshooting options that we have are to uninstall and reinstall to reconnect.

this is not a new phone and there hasn’t been any software updates.
All the data is in the Apple Health app, Go365 just isn‘t syncing it.
I’ve uninstalled this app probably a dozen time now with a day or two in-between.
Sorry for the delay. I can see that your steps are uploading to Go365. Please let me know the total number of steps for each missing or incorrect day. I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
Please be sure to log into the Go365 Mobile app frequently to allow the data to be shared.

My app still isn't syncing and I've deleted and reinstalled this app a couple more times this past week. The following are my updated steps and an error message I got using the app yesterday after I reinstalled it.

I have also reinstalled the app and it has not synced since that day. Am I to wait or keep reinstalling the app?
I apologize for the delay. Has it been longer than 24-48 hours since you uninstalled and reinstalled? Please be sure that you have reconnected Apple Health to your Go365 account after reinstalling.
Everything is re-connected and it was synching, but that stopped on 1/25.
Thank you for that information! I can see that your steps have updated recently. Be sure that you are logging into your Go365 Mobile app frequently to avoid any missing data. It can take up to 24-48 hours for the steps to upload.
