i have been unable to log in for several weeks, now I get ACCOUNT PENDING TFA REGISTRATION, I have tried changing password but still I am unable to log in.

Unable to log on or app due to "error" message. And when I try on the website I get pending TFA registration. So annoyed. How do I login! I have spoke with someone twice now and gotten nowhere.
