I am unable to log in via mobile ap for several weeks now, just says loading until times out

You may need to reconnect Apple Health if you are using that as your current device.
Yes I am still unable to get in via the online or mobile ap. Online gives me the error attached and mobile just goes to “loading” after I put in the 2 step verification PIN and never stops loading until it times out. This has been ongoing for some time.
