My app isn’t syncing with apple health since 4/1. I’ve reinstalled the app and nothing changed. What can I do?
We apologize for any issues you are having with the Apple Health device. We do not see any data since March as well. This means the connection from Go365 and Apple Health is no longer. You mentioned reinstalling the application, but we would advise disconnecting your Apple Health to Go365 and reconnecting it. The reason for this is to make sure to allow Go365 to pull data from Apple Health. This will help reestablish connection.
I had to delete the Go365 app and reinstall it so it would remove health from my account then was able to re-sincrinize it to my apple health and start sharing data again but didn’t know if you all will reward all the points I should have gotten from the same issue. I noticed after an update it had issues.
We were able to backdate to 4/24/19 and did not get data from previous dates. We would advise in your Apple Health under Sources under Apps where you will find Go365. Then, turn all categories off and on again to make sure data is up-to-date.
