When I log into Go365 it looks like some of my steps get recorded but not the full amount. Like yesterday it shows I logged only 1,000 steps when in reality I logged over 10,000
I have the Fitbit Zip and it's junk, lucky to stay connected for an hour. Tried in uninstall and different platforms to download nothing works. I know there are several people I know that have the same issue. Is there a fix or can we call to get a new one?
Hi Scott! Sorry for my confusion. Is your Fitbit disconnecting from your Fitbit account? It can take up to 24-48 hours for the steps to transfer after you have sync'd them to your Fitbit account. I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
Yes the Fitbit disconnects and I have only received a portion of my steps, sometimes only like 1000 a day when I'm well over that every day. I have uninstalled and installed on different devices such as my PC, Android phone and Ipad which none of the devices will keep the Fitbit connected more than 5 min. I have taken battery out and replaced in Fitbit and that also did no help. I appreciate any support you can give. Feel free to email me directly if that is easier for you.
Do you have any updates? Looks like mine just updated today early in morning and because I removed the app and installed it, I lost all step credit from previous upload. Now again the Fitbit is not connecting.

Yes, I have an Apple Watch connected. It updated my account on 5/1 and 5/2 but hasn’t logged any of my activity since then.
