I can login on desktop. But not phone. My steps have not been loading on GO 365 for over a month! when is someone going to fix this?

Hi Richard! I am sorry for the concern with your activities. What error are you receiving when trying to log into the Go365 Mobile app? I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
After reviewing your account I can see that we are receiving information from your Shealth app recently, however, the steps are not set to be shared. Once you can log into the app, can you please follow the steps below to reconnect?
Uninstall the Go365 Mobile app
Restart your phone
Reinstall the Go365 Mobile app
Reconnect Shealth and allow all data to be shared
Ok, Did that. Now I gotta wait til tomorrow to see if it will work??
