Neither web app nor phone app work; error messages

go365 has essentially been unusable for me ever since I started state employment in October 2018. Whenever I log into the website, I get a message that says "Hey there! This page is under maintenance." My co-workers in my office do not have this issue. The app is unusable for me. I have an iphone x and have deleted and re-installed the app several times. I get an error message on every page of the app, such as "unable to fetch data." So neither the website nor the app are usuable for me and I haven't been able to enjoy the benefit of this service for months. I'm extremely frustrated and do not understand why it won't work for me but works for others. It seems like several other people in this thread are having the same problem. I just can't figure it out.
