I have been unable to login to the app on my iphone.

I get an error "the username or password you entered does not match our records". When I go to forget password it doesn't load the page. But I can log on the web page just fine, and when I login online it says my device has not been synced since 2/17/2019.

I have deleted, turned off my phone, reinstalled the app several times.
