The Fitbit Coach did not update again this week for me. I did 4 workouts for the week on April 29, May 1, 2 and 3.
I should get 10 points for virtual coach. Please have the IT department look into it the same as they did 2 weeks ago.
Sorry for the delay! I can see that your Points are awarded for that week.
It can take Fitbit up to 24 hours to send data to Go365, once this data has been received it can take up to another 48 hours for the Points to be awarded.
