I've uploaded invoices showing that they both had their dental exams and they are both on my insurance plan. I've not seen anything in my account yet showing approved or denied. Can you let me know why?
Sorry for the delay! I can see that their Points are listed. You will be able to view them on your Go365 Statement if you filter by Go365 Kids and check under the date of service of the exam.
