On my pixel 3xl the app takes forever to open and then when I try to take the accessment or add apps and devices it just says a general exception has occured. I have uninstalled/reinstalled twice. Any advice?
I am sorry for the delay! Do you have any updates on your phone software? Are you able to attach a screenshot of the error?

I just get a loop Humana sends me to go365 and go365 sends me back to
Humana. The app just takes forever to load and once loaded will not do
anything. Although I did get a notification of a challenge from a co-worker
it will not show any challenges in the app. I have uninstalled and

Now my next issue is that my employer has issued a challenge and when I
click the link in the email it takes me to the app but will not let me join
the challenge. Is it because it has already begun or should I be able to
join at any time?
