App isn't syncing with Apple Health so not getting step points. Everything is turned on to sync
Sorry for the concern with your Daily Workouts. How often do you log into your Go365 Mobile app? Did you recently get a new phone or have any updates? Can you please follow the steps below to refresh your Apple Health connection.
It can take up to 24-48 hours for the steps to transfer after logging in.
I login almost everyday. Haven't got a new phone or anything. It just stopped working on April 25th. I did all those steps again yesterday so will need to wait and see if it worked. Will it go back and give me points? I figure I'm missing out on at least 60.
I did all those steps and it's still not syncing. What else can I try?
