My Samsung health was giving me an weird error message on my phone and therefore did not sync my steps or anything (health quiz) since May 3, May 4-8 there are no points.
We apologize for any issues you are having the Samsung Health device. We would advise disconnecting and reconnecting the Samsung Health from Go365 again to establish connection. We also would advise deleting the Go365 app and reinstalling as well if disconnecting does not work.
