My app stopped working says no go365 coverage. I tried reinstalling twice and still won’t work. I just started using go365 since January and this is the third time the app has just stopped working and every time I lose points.
We apologize for any issues you are having with the Go365 application. When you reinstall the app on your phone and attempt to login what is the message or error that happens? This will better understand what we can do to assist further. We also would suggest when reinstalling the app to turn your phone off/on prior to reinstalling.
I tried reinstalling after turning off phone and it still is giving me an error. When first signing in it says incorrect username or password then on second attempt it says login failed no_go365_coverage. I know my information is correct because on reinstalling the app it texts me my verification code. Thanks in advance!

Are you able to login on the website if you go to www.go365.com on a browser or computer? The reason we ask is that you might possibly be locked out which we would need to unlock by resetting the password.
I was able to login on a computer, but it says I currently have no active go365account membership. This is not correct.
Hi I’m sorry I went searching through my insurance and found out that they updated their system as a result it said I would be disconnected from go365 for about a week so I’m guessing it is showing as not having an account while its system updates..
