How can I ensure my Fitbit Versa and Go365 sync and my steps are recorded?

My Fitbit Versa is not syncing with Go365, even after logging into the mobile app to sync both my device and Go365 accout. I've uninstalled the Go365 app, unpaired Fitbit and Go365, and still no dice. How can I ensure my missing steps and points are added to my account? This has been going on for a while now and I'm even missing out on rankings in challenges because not all of my steps are being recorded, if they're recorded at all.
