My Fitbit steps are not syncing properly. I’ve resynched it multiple times. For the 100 day dash i should have over 400k steps but my count is only a bit over 200k.

You will have to contact Customer Service by calling the toll free number on the back of your insurance/member ID card for assistance with device syncing issues.
If primarily using the Go365 mobile app, make sure you have the most current version of the app. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that helps. If your issue still persists after trying all options, it's best to contact CS.
