I have not received my points from 4/19/19 to 5/4/19. What could be causing this issue this is the second time in several months.

With a Fitbit, please be sure that you are syncing your Fitbit tracker to your Fitbit account at least once per week. Fitbit can only send the last 7 days worth of data so it can cause a gap in your steps if the steps are not syncing weekly.
