I wear my Fitbit everyday and I have not received my points since April the 3rd. What should I do?
I am sorry for the concern with your activities. I am not seeing a Fitbit connected to your account. Can you please reconnect your Fitbit to Go365 and let me know when it is completed?
I down load my fit-bit app again and still not registering my activity.
