Apple Health repeatedly not syncing

I’m seeing this same question across the message board and am wondering if there have been any successes getting Apple Health to sync steps. I’ve brought this up a handful of times in the Go365 chat window and have been instructed to:

 

1) install and reinstall the app and sync Apple health

2) wait 24-48 hours for steps to sync

3) log in every day in order for syncing to occur

 

I’ve followed these steps multiple times, but no luck.

 

Interestingly, after my first attempt, while I was chatting with someone from Go365 in the chat window, they were able to upload my steps right then and there. However, my steps didn’t sync thereafter (I’ve attempted 3–4 more times).

 

I would love help some help, as the current circumstances make participating in the 100 day dash very underwhelming.
