Yesterday I took 23000 steps but was only awarded 21 points. This happens regularly. Why?
We are sorry for any issues happening with your Daily Workout Points. We see your steps from your Fitbit device on 5/15/19 at a total of 21,679 specifically. Usually steps cycle through within 24-48 hours and will award based off the data provided. If there is a discrepancy can you provide a screenshot of that day specifically?

We apologize again for this. We have updated your device data and also updated your Daily Workout Points. If you ever run into this again where a day or two does not match or show up please attempt to disconnect and reconnect your Fitbit from and to Go365. Here is a helpful link as well!
