I placed an order on Friday, May 10th. I received the Order Confirmation email. However that is all I have received. I cannot log in to the site any longer. So I want to know if I will be receiving the item I ordered or if I just lost 9,500 points?

The redemption code should be listed on your confirmation email, it can take up to 24 hours to receive after the order has been placed.
