My Fitbit has not sync for over a month now. I have removed and readded device. I have chatted with support and they did an account reset but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated

Fitbit not synching. Has been over a month since any activity was logged. Deleted device and added back plus account was reset by a chat agent. Still no luck. Any help appreciated
