Fitbit not synching. Has been over a month since any activity was logged. Deleted device and added back plus account was reset by a chat agent. Still no luck. Any help appreciated
I am sorry for the concern with your activities. Did you recently get a new Fitbit device or phone around that time? Are your steps showing on your Fitbit account?
When you say they helped you with an account reset, did they have you disconnect your Fitbit from Go365 and reconnect?
I have not gotten a new phone or Fitbit. The chat agent did not specify about the reset just stated in conversation that was being done. I, myself, removed app, and reinstalled on my phone as well and still no tracking any activity.
