The app continues to say connected; however, it isnt pulling my steps from the device.
I can confirm that your steps, and Points, have now updated. Please allow 24-48 hours for your steps to transfer to Go365 after signing into your Go365 mobile app (you must do so for the data to transfer to us).

The problem I guess I am having, is the Go365 app is running constantly in the back ground;however, it doesn't seem to be updating. There is an icon at the top and it states in the drop down menu that is is running all the time.
Even though it states Go365 is running in the background, it is most likely timing out/signing you out automatically. Just be sure you are physically signing into your Go365 mobile app each day, and you should have no issues. I can see that we have already received some steps for today, 5/24.
