My Apple Watch has not be syncing since May 13th. When I look at the calendar it shows my steps but I have not received any of my points. When I try to remove and redo still nothing. Been trying for days.
Do you frequently sign into your Go365 mobile app? Doing so is the only way data to pushed over to us from Apple.
If so, please delete your Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, and reinstall the app. Once reinstalled, please reconnect Apple Health and ensure that you "turn all categories on" to allow all data types to be shared with Go365 (very important step!). Please let me know when you have completed this.
