How can I upload my steps from where I was locked out of my app for months
We are so sorry about being locked out of your account and not receiving Points for your steps. Can you confirm what days or months that are missing? Also, we see your device is the Samsung Health. We would advise to disconnect and reconnect the device to Go365 to sync the devices together. We are able to see data up to todays date as or right now.
