My Fitbit app is not syncing with go365. Help?
I can verify that you have a Fitbit account connected with us, but there are no steps synced to that account. Do you see step data on your Fitbit account? If so, that you most likely have an incorrect Fitbit account paired with Go365.
You can contact Fitbit at 844-534-8248 if you need assistance in determining the email and password for the Fitbit account that you currently have your device paired with. Once determined, you can disconnect the current Fitbit account from Go365 and connect the correct one.
