Why aren't all my steps synching from the Samsung health app? I'm missing around two thousand a day
Are you wearing your watch from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed each day? Most do not carry their phone with them throughout the entire day.
I am inquiring because you will see the combined average/total of steps on your S Health account, but Go365 will only receive and award for the highest step count from one device or the other. We are not directly compatible with Samsung watches (they are not on our compatibility chart, only the Samsung Health app), therefore, this gets a little tricky. I apologize for any frustration!
Are you using a Samsung activity watch as well, or just the Samsung health app?
Yes, I'm using a Samsung gear3 watch and at the end of the day the watch
shows the same amount of steps taken as the Samsung health app shows.

Is there anyway to fix this?
I apologize for the delay. I can verify that what we are being sent from S Health, is what you are being awarded for.
All data is received daily via EST time. Are the date and time set correctly for your device? Are you getting steps later in the night that may not be counted due to your time zone?
Do you manually track/enter any activity? (20 minute walk, 15 minute job, etc -- this will appear on your account, but is not awardable)
Do both your app and watch track continuously throughout the day?
Yes, time and date are correct . I'm in bed around 9 PM, so no steps after that time. I don't enter anything manually and yes both track/ sync to each other throughout the day.
Yes, I wear my watch all day. My phone is on me 70% of the time
