My fitbit froze on the "sync" screen about 3 months ago and would not do anything. I left it alone this whole time to make sure the battery died. I tried to charge it this morning for 3 hours and it will not turn on.

Is there anyway you can tell me when I received it through the Go365 store?
If you sign into your Go365.com account then click > Shop > My Orders > Order history - prior years.
You should then be able to choose to open an Excel file with all of your previous reward orders listed.
