Not able to log in via app!

I cannot log in via the app. It's been two days.  I have deleted and re-downloaded the app several times. I keep getting the error "Please make sure you have entered both a username and password".  Of course, I enter the correct username and password every time. I can't sync my phone for points until this is resolved.
