I have the app. I did the health assessment. My husband (policy holder) has never done the HA but it says that both have to this year. I can't register him, it says he is already registered.
We apologize for any issues with your husband trying to register. We would suggest for your husband to try retrieving his username and possibly resetting his password if he does not know that. We would suggest doing the forgot username and providing the necessary information.
