Fitbit has not synched since 5/08/2019 checked to see if it was still connected says it is, I am missing points and points for my challenges
How often are you opening your Fitbit mobile app to allow your tracker (that you wear) to sync with your Fitbit account? After doing so, your step data will be received by Go365 within 24-48 hours. If you do not complete this process, then Go365 will not be sent your data.
I can confirm we have now received 5/28-5/31.

Okay, then that is why! You should have no further issues, as long as you open the Fitbit app each day to sync
