I have not been receiving my points.It stop working on may 6 2019.
It appears that your connection needs to be refreshed. Please delete your Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the Go365 mobile app. Once reinstalled, you will need to reconnect S Health. You can do so by following these instructions: How to connect Samsung Health
I haven’t rec’vd points for anything either since 3/17. I downloaded a new sync app, hopefully we will be able to get points earned. Frustrating!!
I can confirm that your steps, and Points, have now updated through 5/31. Please be sure you are frequently signing into your Go365 mobile app, as doing so is what pushes your step data over to Go365.
