I used to have a Fitbit and now have an Apple Watch. I disconnected Fitbit from the Go365 and double-checked that apple health app is connected, but points still aren’t gathering?
Anyone have advice?
Unfortunately, Apple has not been sending us any data. Can you please delete your Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, and reinstall? Once you have reinstalled the Go365 mobile app, please reconnect Apple Health by following these instructions: How to connect Apple Health
It is very important that you "turn on all categories" to allow all data types to be shared with Go365. Please let me know when you have completed this process.
