I've only been using this app for about a month, so I didn't realize I could earn points for calories and heart rate until now!
I apologize for any confusion!
In order to be awarded for your HR or calorie data, you need to ensure that you are using the start/stop function on your tracker. You will start tracking before you begin a workout, and stop once the workout is complete (weight lifting session, run, bike ride, etc). Certain thresholds need to be met in order for Points to award for this information, as we do not award for all day calories burned, and your HR average would be too low to qualify if tracked all day. Please contact Garmin if you need assistance with utilizing this function on your device.
5 Points for every 15 minutes above 60% of maximum HR
5 Points per 100 calories if burn rate exceeds 200 calories/hour
1 Point for every 1,000 steps
