Still owed 50 and I have not reached the yearly 150 points. There are at least 2 weeks where I was eligible to receive them since they stopped over a month ago.
Do have the Sleep Diary activity set within your Go365 mobile app? If so, how many days are remaining? If the activity is not set, unfortunately, Points will not award.
I am also seeing many days were there are not at least 7 hours of sleep received from Fitbit. You must sleep 7+ hours at least 5+ nights per week (Sun-Sat).
Thanks. I didn't realize the sleep diary was an activity that needed to be added each month.

No problem! You shouldn't have a problem with the Points awarding, as long as we are receiving long enough sleep data and the activity is set. Let me know if you experience otherwise!
