Yes, it simply stopped syncing in April after working fine for a month. I’ve disconnected and synced multiple times without a change.

Thank you for that! I can see that your LifeFitness is now showing active. Can you please provide the dates of the missing workouts? Have you completed a workout since you have reconnect it to Go365? Could you have needed to create a new LifeFitness account or login?
I have multiple workouts from the past 2 months. Here are screenshots. The problem is that I do not see an option to sync to Go365 in the LufeFitness app as seen in the screen shot.
Thank you for those screenshots! Are you tracking your workouts on the LifeFitness workout machines? In order to receive credits for the workouts you will need to be using a compatible machine and entering your account information.
Yes the LifeFitness app is recording everything from the elliptical with the LifeFitness program. I am able to sign in and sync with the app. The app doesn’t crossover to the Go365 app. There is no option to sunc the info.
I apologize for the delay, I am still investigating the connection. Did you allow all data to be shared when you reconnected? Have you tracked any workouts since it has been reconnected?
Yes. There’s just nowhere to select Go365 within the LifeFitness app. It’s like they don’t support it.
