This app sucks it hasn’t worked for several weeks. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled still have the same problem. The only place to go is this useless community where you never get an answer

I haven’t received any messages explaining the problem. I am now able to open the app and see the dashboard but my points are gone so that sucks.
