Unfortunately there is an on-going issue with the Samsung J series not being able to connect with Go365. Due to the ever-changing demands of mobile technology, there can be unforeseen difficulties with some devices and apps. We cannot guarantee a timeframe as to when this issue will be resolved.
I can confirm that this issue is currently being worked by the Samsung development team. Please note that that Fitbit Inspire is only 2,500 Bucks in the Go365 Mall, currently. If you complete a couple more activities, you should have enough Bucks to redeem for one!
