Could you please update your records so that we don't lose out on the $40 savings per month?

I received a message that my wife and I have not completed the LivingWell Promise. We both completed the health assessment through the Go365 app. In addition, I did the biometric screening and uploaded the results to the Go365 website. We have indeed completed the LivingWell promise. Could you please update your records so that we don't lose out on the $40 savings per month?
