company recently changed policy now can't access go365

My company changed our policy to add additional companies they own.  We still have go365 (they did a whole presentation on it for the new people), but now I have no access to it.  I try to log into the desktop go365 site and it tells me it looks like I'm trying to sign into myhumana and sends me to that site.  When I try to log into the app, it just spools.
