It just started this way since early on June 9th. Is anyone else having this trouble?
I apologize if there was a delay in your points being rewarded for your steps. I researched your account and can see steps coming through - I see today's (6/11/2019) steps already! We are able to convert your steps into points after you sync your device. This process can take up to 24 hours after syncing.
Thank you! I have always had my device synced though. This did not start until the National Step Challenge was put back up on Sunday, June 9th. That for some reason is exactly when this point issue for me and others happened. Yes, I log in a lot to check points and status is challenges, so I can say that with 100% certainty. There are only 3 of 35 people here at work that are showing points as well, and I know for a fact that they logged in yesterday too. Hope this gets fixed quickly for everyone.
Go365 is working correctly. Steps for challenges can take 48-72 hours to display after members sync their devices. Thank You for the question and good luck on the challenge!
