I have tried multiple times to get steps to sync including disconnecting and connecting fitbit account to go365. Currently my fitbit, fitbit app and the fitbit website all are correct. Only my go365 account has failed to capture my steps. I just purchased this fitbit in April because my last fitbid did the same. Please HELP. The chat associate also was not able to assist.
