I noticed my step count recorded by my Samsung Health app differs from go365.
Normally, it wouldn't bother me, but as I joined a challenge, I would like full credit for my steps.
I am sorry for the concern with your activities. Can you please give me an example of dates and the number of steps? Screenshots would be helpful if possible. Thank you!

Thank you for that information! Do you normally carry your phone and watch around for your workouts? Shealth can combine the steps tracked from your phone and watch, however, Go365 will treat your phone and watch as two separate devices and it will award for the one that will earn the most Points. This can cause a slight discrepancy in the step total.
I usually have both with me at all times and confirm that my watch numbers match what SHealth shows. I check both my watch and SHealth throughout the day and both show the same numbers, Go365 for some reason is shorting my numbers.
