My Go365 account is missing daily workout steps from May 12 - 31. I had evidently not sync'd my fitbit device in a while and did so finally at the end of last week. However, I'm guessing the default lookback period for Go365 is maybe ten days or so because of the gap in May with which my fitibit activity is missing from Go365.
I tried online chat last night, but, the dropdown options didn't include go365, they were all Insurance slices: Medical, Dental, Health Savings, and something else.
Is the call in number on a Contact page in Go365?
