How come my steps do not show in the challenge yet my points reflect on my dashboard? It’s been about 36 hours and typically does not take this long. It’s frustrating because other members on my team all have steps.
I apologize for the delay. The National Step Challenge started on 6/10/19 this week. It can take up to an additional 48 hours after your steps are showing on Go365 for them to filter to the challenge. This is a natural delay. I can see that your steps are uploaded to the challenge! I also have the same issue (as well as numerous [not all] folks at the same company I work for and we're all in the current National Step Challenge. It's been more than 48 hours since they showed up on Go365, but have not been updated in the totals for the challenge. A husband & wife with identical devices are having the same issue...His updating, hers still show 0 steps.
I did see the announcement that the issue is being looked into and hopefully some resolve will take place soon. But, there is still quite a delay. I currently only have about half my steps reflected. The frustrating thing is it’s a challenge yet this issue makes it difficult to compete. I don’t understand why the uploading of steps can’t be seamless. I have the WW app and I sync my steps on the Fitbit app, then go to WW and my steps are all there instantly.
