Once again my points have quit accumulating

Since 5/28/19 I have not accumulated any points in my workouts.  This seems to be happening every couple of months.  I have looked in my settings and it shows it is connected to samsung health.  It shows it is connected on your website and in the app.  I am not sure why this keeps happening.
