My Go365 says:

Our records indicate that you currently have no active Go365(tm) membership. If you have questions, please call the number on the back of your member ID card between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Central time. If you use a TTY, call 711 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Central time.

 

I am unable to log onto my account. Nothing has changed with my employer and Health Insurance (Anthem BCBS). Can you please help with this situation.
