I am not receiving point for the 5000 steps from the health app
I apologize for the concern with your activities. Currently there is an issue where that activity is showing as 0 awarded through the Go365 Mobile app. However, the Points are awarded and can be awarded and verified through the website at www.go365.com.
If you do not have a computer to verify, you can view the Points through the internet browser on your mobile phone.
